Okay, basically I am asking for some help and announcing I got a new job http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

I got a job with car-part.com yesterday (bestbuy is going to hate when I quit!) and I will be in charge of their Windows network. I am feel comfortable doing this, however I will also be in charge of setting it up. They will be installing a Windows 2000 Server or 5 http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif and the clients. I just need a book I can read that is easy to read (sure I like geek speak but it can get boring after 1000 pages!).
Any advice? I have looked through amazon.com and found a few I am leaning towards, but I thought I would ask a few sysopt friends on your ideas.

Paul

PS: and just for you linux-heads, that is what 80% of our machines and servers run on. Well, 'nix in general. Think they are Sun servers or netscape web servers. Not sure until I get thre in September!! --PC
