I've designed a website for a church organization using Dreamweaver MX (for PC). I want to add an audio file of the speeches/sermons on one of the webpages so that visitors can either listen (streaming) or download to play on their systems. That's actually fairly easy to do, however the minister is concerned about users downloading the file and mis-using it.

Is there a way where to add a security measure or control feature to the audio file so that it's not obtainable by just anyone?

you can make members have to log into the webpage to dload it .... but that still wont help. As soon as someone downloads it, it becomes unsecure again. They can then turn around and put it on a website of their own or on kazaa (or a similar program). Login would prevent most people from getting in, but it could also be more of a hassle than its worth. You can also "copyright" it.
