I have an ECS K7S5A motherboard and the type of memory I can put is the 2100 (256mhz) , what if I put 2700(333mhz) on it ? I was told that I could put 2700 if I underclock the memory in the bios but I don't really know what to change in the bios to underclock it , if anyone is familiar with this motherboard please give me a clue cause I don't have one.

thanx and cheers

You should be able to just install the memory. Depending on the CPU you're using, the FSB's probably already set at 133MHz in the BIOS - the PC2700 will be compatible with the lower speed automatically.
