Fun!! Such small words for a game like this :) j/k BF1942 is one of the best FPS out at this present time, there is such a huge amount of versatility in the game, your not just running round with a gun, your driving tanks/boats/choppers/ships/subs/ u name it your in it, its fantastic, IMO, best money I have spend on a game in years, Plus you can download DC which is one of the best mods I have seen that¡¦s free, really nice game I would recommend this to anyone dude, if your thinking of getting it get it ƒº:)

Awsome, Stunning, Spectacular are but some of the words i would use to describe this game.

Your also not just driving tanks and other vehicles.
You can repair, heal other players, assist in arty stikes
lay mines booby trap areas, man aa guns, mg's (my favorite on Iwo map)

The only way that makes this game so fun is if you get online and play with the real gamers out there, but be sure to practice otherwise they'll kick your ****!

Desert Combat
Eve of Destruction(Vietnam, my favorite mod)
Forgotten Hope
Xhaos Maps
Star Wars Galaxies(Still needs a lot of work, but its pretty fun, lol)

its a great time to buy battlefield 1942 because they have a battlechest sort of thing out, comes with all the stuff all for one lower price.

Battlefield 1942 is worth easily over $50. One of the greatest FPS of all time! :D

Hey I got Secret Weapons of WWII, Road to Rome, the original(duh), and the newest mod which is Desert Combat. I have to admit that is one of the best mods ever but the accuracy could have been better.:)

A lot of people complain about that after the .35v release, but the .5v release fixed a lot of these problems.
