resell ratings

Hey, One of the first times I was here on this site someone suggested going to PriceWatch.com for the cheapest prices. They then went on to say to go to, I thought it was, reselleratings.com. I'm now trying to find the cheapest prices for my selected components but can't find reselleratings.com. Has it gone somewhere or do I just have the wrong address? If it's gone, where can I get info on the reputability of online stores? Please help.
