I had to post in this section because I don't know if there was an exact board to talk about Power Supplies and/or Cases.

I am planning to get either an AMD Athlon Revision C 1.3 or 1.4 (266FSB).

I am also considering getting either one of the two cases: Enlight EN72370X3C (300W ATX Mid-Tower Case) or an Enlight EN72370AZ (340W ATX Mid-Tower Case)

If I'm planning to use an AMD Revision C Processor of 1.3GHz or faster, which Enlight-branded Mid-Tower Case should I use as far as Power Wattage is concerned? All Enlight Cases include an AMD-Approved Power Supply. I just want to know which Enlight Power Supply (It is included with every Enlight ATX Case) should I get. Thanks.

any ps that is amd approved and 300 watts or above is fine. You just need to at least have a 300 watt power supply cause those amds are pretty power hungry.

Personally, I would go with the 340W power supply. I think you will want that extra power.

I've called a Computer Repairman somewhere around the Chicago Metro Area for a verification whether or not 340W is required. He said that the only time I need 340W is whenever I am planning to run any Internal SCSI devices which is doubtful (as I'm going to be strictly using EIDE Storage Devices). So unless I'm planning to use any Internal SCSI Devices, I should be using 300W ATX Power Supply instead.

The answer to your question is here (http://www1.amd.com/athlon/power) .

The only Enlight PSU's that are on the AMD approved list for a 1.4GHz are the 340watt PSU's.

I agree. Either one will work fine. If the price difference is negligable, then go for the higher PS, but it is not necessary nor will you tell a difference.
