for bf1942: desert combat is very good...ive also heard forgotten hope is good too.

Desert Combat and Eve of Destruction. Fh still needs a lot of work IMO.

hey I used to have Desert Combat, but it would always exit out to the desktop so I uninstalled it because it took up too much room. If it works for you I would say it was the best mod for BF. Go to this website; it has a complete list of mods and gives a website to download for most of them.

they said that about the .20% and above, but that was just somthing going around the net. Version .30% is about to be released soon for EoD.

Yep 2nd DC the best mod they have IMO. ED is not to good, there is still allot of work to be done, I would download DC make sure to get all Patches and Fixes for the game b4 you start to play, one of the main reasons for the game exiting onto your desk top was overheating of CPU or the lack of patches that where needed. Custom maps also caused allot of disconnection problems on DC. Just make sure to have every thing patches updates you need and u will be running a nice game in know time :)

Yeah, my vote is for Desert Combat. . .now if only I could figure out how to fly the dang helicopter right. . .It's a pretty sophistomacated doo-whacky. . .

The first time I played EOD i didnt care for it too much, but after giving it some time I like it a lot. DC still might be number 1 though.

Ye there kinda hard to fly untill you get the hang of them, but when you do, its way cool, I use the standard w,a,d keys to fly the chopper, use A and D to steady it up when you start to drift left or right :)

I don't like DC anymore, cuase a lot of the weapons are way to weak than htye should be, and some are way to strong than they should be. For example, you have to use almost have of your rockets in a chopper to destroy, say, a hummer, when it real life in should take only 1 or 2, not 5-10.

did you get the new patch? seems now they blow up easyier.

One of the things they addressed in the 0.5 version was exactly this problem.
