A few months ago I built a computer using the EPOX 8RGA+ and Geil PC3200 DDR memory... it was a complete failure and I narrowed it down to being the memory so I changed it out and now I'm running the Geil in my computer... I want to get a new motherboard and i was thinking the EPOX 8RDA3+, but I dont have enough money for memory... my question is... have they fixed the problem with the incompatable memory ?

The BIOS updates may have addressed it. Still, you can always try boosting the DRAM voltage as high as it goes with the Geil. It can take it and actually does best that way.

BIOS Updates should have fixed it by now, i will add however than im not too certain in so far as the 8rda3+ is concerned, it lacks soundstorm and reviews seem inconstistent. Board of the moment IMO is the Abit NF7-S v2.0

I'd try a BIOS update, else I wouldn't go to another EPoX board if keeping the same ram, as it is essentially the same code minus the graphics. I'd follow Jakk's advice and go with the Abit NF7-S v2. I run an 8rda+ and use Corsair, but have built quite a few on EPoX boards using Crucial and Kingston as well - never used Geil so I can't say if a flash would work for sure or not, but it doesn't hurt.
