here's the motherboard (just found out there's really no cpu upgrades except 333mhz)

Augusta Pentium II 440LX ATX Motherboard

it's a micron electronics clientpro 766xi. i have tons of fans and what not.

so how do i do it?

The first PIIs didn't overclock very well. They are all multiplier locked so you would need a board with higher FSB. They just didn't make 'em for tweaking like they do now. You can see if there is a 75mhz fsb setting, but that's about as high as it will probably go.
