Kinda hard to make out what your saying, but I'll take a stab at what should work since either it sounds like you did some modding (a fixed EXE) or it thinks the game file is botched up, which was known to happen with spearhead. Uninstall the game and expansion. If you want your saves, move them to a seperate folder then back into the save folder afterwards. Reinstall MOH:AA, then Spearhead, then Breakthrough. If it still doesn't work, uninstall them all - but first take note of the exe for each of them. Enter reg edit. Export a backup of your registry just incase. Do a search and repeat the search until complete for all exe's related to MOH:AA or Spearhead. Also search for any keywords like spearhead, or Medal of Honor, etc. , if it fits with the profile delete it. Once you've ran through all that then go back and reinstall everything. If it still doesn't work, check the respective official forums and see if you can get an answer, if not complain, complain, complain if you bought it somewhere that you can't return it. You may want to try the official forums first before you go into the registry, as if this is common, they may have a thread someone can point you to or a link on the site that has directions on what keys to remove instead of having to search and hope your deleting the right thing and not something important if you don't know the registry. So try uninstalling all, then reinstalling, if it fails, ask on the official forums for the game what to do and what you tried. You'll probably get help there, if you don't, you can play with the registry (as uninstalls don't remove all keys 99% of the time), but it is fickle, so back it up and do it at your own risk.
