can no read cd burn on roxio direct cd

i have a problem im using roxio cd creator/direct cd 5.1 updated to 5.3.5.10

i burn a load of download to a cd and then was seeing i was runing out of space close the cd and eject the ed of then i receive a box from direct cd what i like to do

i check a box close to read on any compter close the cd so it can be read auto in most standard CD ROM drive

also i check the sub box of the above

protect CD so it can not be written to again



but

i have a problem i can not read it even in my cd rw drive

in my compter/properties i get file system UDFRDR and used space useed as 1,204,8781.,056 bytes ( 1.149 mb) under drive properties, which is fuuny as i use a 80 min 700 mb blank cd



now i can not even get cd file to come up but yet it tell me the above info

so tell me the bad new data is lose is it ??????????????

The drive may need cleaning or may be failing. Be sure to get the drive update at Roxio.

Since we're considering a dead drive, why don't you try uninstalling Roxio and loading the demo version of Nero:
