Can't Get "DISPLAY" to Open In "Control Panel".Each time I try I get this Message:
[AN ERROR OCCURED WHILE WINDOWS WAS WORKING WITH THE CONTROL PANEL. FILE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEMS\DESK.CPL.
iS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN HELP?

Can you get into Display by right-clicking on your desktop and going to properties?
