I've had good success with the Shuttle MN31N, All-in-One NF2 mobo :

Mactched with an XP2000+ and 256 Kingston DDR should be close to 200us .

I have had great success with my Asus A7N266-VM(AA),,Running an Athlon XP 1800,,,256 meg Crucial pc2100 DDR memory,,,This entire board is integrated Sound,LAN, Video and sells for less than 60 bucks, brand new on E Bay,,,about 70 on Newegg with free shipping. Memory is another 60 direct from Crucial and AMD CPU about 50 from Newegg,,,That puts you in about a $180-190 dollar ball park. All quality components as well with good warranties and service. Installation was a snap as well, Fired up on the first shot and been running trouble free for a year now. Sound quality is fantastic as well as the graphics. I have cable ( Roadrunner) so the LAN is just great as well. I figured I saved well over $300 not having to buy sound and video or LAN cards separately. Something for your consideration from a well satisfied user. Hope this helps !! :t
