I'm in the research phase of building my first PC and need some advice on cases. Since cooling is such a big issue I was wondering if anyone has experience with premod'd cases. I've read reviews on some (coolerguys, etc.) and was wondering if the "real world" has any experience with them, and if so, can you give any suggestions? Are these cases worth the extra money (for gaming) or should I buy a regular case and mod it myself depending on the temps?
BTW 1.4 ghz AMD
ddr ram
GeForce 3
most likely oc'ing in my future.
Thanks B

Dunno.. depends on how much it is. I've got basically the same hardware setup as you, but I modded out my own case.
case: $30
fans: $50
fanbus(home-made): $30
dremel bits: $5

So, if they are only marginally more expensive than $115, they might be a good deal. But even a super-modded case won't do you any good if you don't have a good hs/f, and if your case is so cluttered, it impedes airflow. So get a good hs/f, and round your cables.
