i have an msi k7n2 delta with an amd athlon xp 2400+ @2300 and i am trying to find a good temperature program.

I will assume that it is an Nvidia based chipset. If so didn't they just release a temp program for there mother boards?

i cant seem to get an accurate reading with speedfan, also i cant get any reading from my vantec aeroflow even in the bios.

Is the fan plugged into the appropriate header, check you rmotherboard manual, it should be plugged into a header named 'CPU1' or similar
