Hi,
Has anyone tried to use the Symantec Website to ask Customer Service a question?. I have tried a couple of times today and just seem to keep getting sent in circles without actually getting to ask my question. Its nothing too Technical so if any of you guys and gals out there know the answer please let me know.
I have installed PC Anywhere on a PC here, done the online registration and got the confirmation no problem. What I want to know is When I install it on another PC do I have to register it again and if so do I use my same rego info or the details of the other PC/Location?

See it isn't that technical is it.

All I know is I have never had to register any client or host when using pcAnywhere, they may have asked...

Registering is necessary for cust support and keepng track of you, not functionality.

Thanks for the rapid response. I figure that as it's registered at this end if I download any updates to CDR and then send them on that way all will be cool
