Haven't you asked this question already?

http://www.sysopt.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=148963

1.) Download RadClocker (http://www.voodoofiles.com/9742).
2.) Follow the procedure outlined in Jakk's article (http://www.sysopt.com/articles/VCOGuide/index.html).

i cant change any settings because my card has overclocking protection and i have to disable it first, which i dont know how to do.

Does anybody know of any programs to do this?

To answer that we'll need specific details of the card model and manufacturer, most likely though a BIOS flash of some sort will be needed

You started a thread a few months ago on a computer system (http://www.sysopt.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=144547). I am currently looking for a similar system, and the price you list is still very competitive. Would you email me with the company name or contact information?

the site was www.canadacomputers.com

but i believe that you have to be living in toronto cause i dont think u can order online.

The thing is, they do not have anymore radeon 9500's. They were selling them for so cheap (at one time, less than 9600) so they are no sold out.
