I saw this memory for sale: Corsair 512MB PC3200 64x64 DDR 184Pin.

My question is, what does 64x64 mean?

I also saw another one that said 2x32x64 instead of 64x64, except this was for a dual channel set, two 256MB sticks.

What do they mean?

64M x 64bit x 1byte/8bits= 512MB

32M x 64bit x 1byte/8bits= 256MB
