Oops Edit:

Can I ask what you think of the ATI Radeon 9000LE. I can pick that up fo $80.00 right now and it would be a jump from a 32MB GeForce2 to 128MB of DDR. I am also looking at a GeForce4 12MB for 60.00, but it is a generic card.

My mother board supports up to 4x AGP. I'd like to get a 128MB card for around $100, but I'm probably dreaming. As I said I'm a cheap bastage.

Geforce FX 5200 128 meg is a good card and it's faster than the 9000 (and $10-15 cheaper). I'm getting one and I've used one before so I can vouche for it. And it can be had for $60 (that including shipping ;) ).

P.S. It's performance the a little bit better than a 9100 and very much faster than the 9200 (which is just a remake of a 9000).

Thanks! I appreciate it. I went with an ASUS V9520Magic 128MB GeForce FX5200 because I found it was a little cheaper than the Geforce 4 ti4200.

I almost went with a Radeon before, but am glad now I'm sticking went with GeForce/nvidia :D . Both of you suggesting a GF sealed that deel. :t

It's a decent peforming card, and since you had a Geforce 2, you will definatly see a HUGE performance gain. :t

There's a very good reason its cheaper than the 4200

Well as I said I'm cheap . But I figured that even though the FX5200 is the "economy" model, I would still see a good jump in performance. I am going from a 32MB GeForce2 to this so hopefully I won't be dissappointed. The card came today, and I can't wait to install it.

Thanks again all for your help and input, I appreciate it! :D
