Not sure this is the correct forum but, awhile back someone posted the way to do a screen shot and save it as a .BMP file in Windows. I know you hit "Print Screen" but I forget where it goes from there. (I know, I shoulda' saved the page.)

If you hit print screen, you get everything that is onscreen. If you hit alt + print screen you get just the active window, and not all of the other stuff in the back ground.
If you have other photo or paint type apps, like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, after hitting print screen bring up one of those, choose edit and select paste..
BTW Raven what area of Jax do you live in?...I was born there, right where the NAS is now...lived in Ortega, Lake Shore, Riverside...ect.

I remember the area well, Raven. I lived near McDuff and Park a 'few years back', and went to John Gorrie...would have gone on to Lee High, but moved from Jax before HS.
The Good Shepard Catholic Church had a great indoor swimming pool, and I practically lived there.
