Asus P4SDX freeze up

Ok...I need some help seting up my friends computer.
The computer freezes a few seconds after boot up...sometimes lets me setup longenough to set up bios, but of corse it freezes after reboot. I need help. I have mades ure there is good contact between the heatsink and processor. I have done several ram configurations.

Ok...heres the setup.
Asus P4SDX...I wish I could find out what Bios version...but it dosen't stay on long enough before it frezzes.
2: Kingston Value Ram KVR 333x64C25/512
and PNY Verto Geforce 4 MX440 AGP
Promise ATA133 TX2 ATA controler card.

Reduce hardware to the bare minimum (CPU, RAM, one hard drive, floppy and video card) and see what you get.

it might be a poopy PSU how many watts is on your PSU and is it brand name?

thanks for your help...he got it working. He flip his HDDs around it worked.
