I have an Athlon XP OPN number: AXDA2000DUT3C.....

How good of an Overclocker is this?
I know it is a T-bred A but I still want to know...

Actually that could be a T-Bred A or B, depending on the stepping code. Look at the next letters in the code. It they're something like "AIUGA" then it's a T-Bred A, otherwise, if it's something like "AIUGB" then it's a T-Bred B - the clue is in the last letter :t

Possibly XP2200+ - XP2400+.

As for motherboard, go with the best you can get, Abit NF7-S v2.0 or Asus A7n8x Deluxe

My Shuttle AN35N-Ultra runs perfect. Might want to consider this one. They are stable and cheap. Stable at 214X11
