USB Adapter Help

A while back I saw an advertisement for an adapter for the internal M/B USB connection that went to a 3 1/2 inch slot on the front of the case instead of attaching to a slot in the back of the case but now I can't find it anywhere on the net. I would really appreciate any help as I'd like to use the slot to increase air circulation. Thanks

Hi Rick, yup..I have seen these USB front of the case ads myself, but I can't remember where either right now.

But, if its case venting you are primarily interested in, and have an unused external bay on your case...there are also blower fan assemblies made for this also. But, I would have to go search the sellers for this as well.

Actually At a computer show last weekend I saw a device that does both. It is 5.25 faceplate with USB ports on one end and 2 Fans.

The vendor said this thing can fit in front of a hard disk.

I have one on the way, couldn't pass it up for that price. There is a link to a review of this product in the News Headlines section of Sysopt. It sounds like a very good product. Easy to install and wire. At the Antec sight there is also a list of compatible motherboards that can be used with the Easy USB.
