Can anyone vouch for the worthiness of SiSoft's suggestions?

As for the "Tuneup" suggestions, I would take them with a grain of salt, it will tell you every time you run it that your bios information "may be incorrect".
As a benchmarking and troubleshooting tool, it works great, just make sure you use SANDRA2001 instead of the 2K version. I built my present system and ran the benchs on it, and the numbers were all goofy until I upgraded Sandra.
