I've finally found out why ATX case power supply fans blow in or out....
When ATX cases were first made,the fan blew into the case to cool the CPU(which is near the power supply).However,when the power supply heats up, the fan sends warm air across the CPU(they didn't think of this!)So,all the newer ATX cases have the PS fan blowing out......If you have an older case,reverse the fan!.....DawgTuff.
