inexpensive dedicated T-1 circuits

anybody know where one could get their hands on one? The cheapest I can find in my area is through a company called covad, and they've quoted me $675 a month, which is already pretty good because everybody else wants $1000+ for one.
I need to get a circuit installed for several reasons.
a: nothing else, cable/dsl is available where I live
b: you can not run servers or do any gaming with the satelitte services available
c: need to run gaming, web, mail, sql servers to setup gaming site properly

So, if you know where to get a very cheap dedicated circuit, please let me know. Thanks much in advance!!!

I work for Covad so if you have any questions, let me know. If you want cheaper, you could go with a 1.5 Mbps SDSL line for $299/mo. It comes with a service level agreement as well.
