Should i get the 9800 and soft mod it to the pro or should i just spend the cash and get the pro? And where can i find the mod to make it a pro? found a NP on pricewatch for 197

Get the 9800 NP, the 9800 Pro is a waste of cash since you can just mod an NP.

Depends, it seems like all the moddable ones are hard to find in the States right now. The 9800 non-pro (not modded) is still a very good card though :t

Sapphite 9800 Atlantis, non-pro non-SE
relatively cheap and good value for money. Having said that as you have a 9600 Pro ATM i would stick with that and wait at least until the next gen. of cards

well i am selling this card to someone for 100. I am then turning around and getting the 9800 and modding it to the pro, in essence only paying $97 for a 9800pro
