Does anyone know any way to do PC to Phone?

I just wanted to ask you all if anyone of you know any good programs, websites etc, to phone others from my PC. Preferably free but any good ones will do for now, I'm trying to phone Nepal. I'm living in the UAE right now and the internatiomal phone charges are quite steep. I'd appreciate any help from you all. Thanx in advance.

www.dialpad.com (http://www.dialpad.com) works great if you have a good, fast connection. Otherwise, you may have some problems. I used it for awhile, but with a 24k connection, it was hit and miss. I found this website too that you can make phone calls (international) to 25 countries for free!! They also have a pay service to around 200 countries and their prices are good.
