Can anybody recommend some call tracking software? We are a WAN with 400 users. Thanks for the advice.

The help desk that I used to work at I created a database to track calls through Access. It worked beautifully. We could do almost everything we wanted for it. I will see if I can write up an example of it for you and post it later.
