Is it possible to get a freezer for my CPU? If so then what companie makes then and where can I buy them? Please Help! I want to overclock a 1.2 gig athlon and need the cooling for it

It's possible... but it's VERY expensive and only a 'toy' rather than a good return on investment interms of performance gain.
