Maybe some one out there can enlighten me.
I presently I have a 733MHZ PIII with an ATI AGP card with 8MB or memory. Also, I have a Hollywood video card.
Lately I've been doing a lot of video captors from DVD and the Hollywood card does a fine job at it.
My question is does anyone out there know if there is a new AGP card out there that can combined the benefits of the Hollywood card and the AGP? I need an AGP card that works 98SE and NT4.0 to do DVD video capturers and that has a S video output.
Any suggestions?
Dan

You might want to check out some of the ATI cards. They have a good rep for video capture etc. and decent gaming performance all in one. NVidia cards are better pure gaming cards for the most part.

Here is a link to that Video card, the ATI All in Wonder / Radeon:

I'm not much into gaming. I had checked out the ATI cards and I noticed that the newer models do not come with software for DVD playback on NT4.0.
Also I currently have a dual boot on my 30 GB drive using 10 Gb for win 98 and 10GB for NT4.0 and I'm looking to add Linux on the last 10GB.
So the new question is do certian AGP cards work better with Linux?
