Ripping Mp3's

Whats the best program to rip Mp3's to ur HD? i hate using media player cause i don't like WMA files

Ive been using chun yu's mp3 output plugin for winamp, figured i already had Winamp why not.

Works okay but has very few options and is a pain to get names automatically. Think i will give that cdex a shot. Thanks all.
