Got a saphire 9700pro here.

I use Rivatuner to OC it. Had a bit of trouble getting the memory up far but current settings are 371 Core, 330 Mem. I am getting approx 5500 points in 3Dmark3003 with this setting.....nearly same performance as 9800pro. I think I will get a bit more out of it...but no need yet. Handles every game yet at pretty high resolutions with AA & AF.

Let me know how you get on.

Oh Ye...got Radclocker also.....dont know whats best..its just ive allways used Rivatuner

My A1-cored 9700 pro requires 1.95v to reach 380MHz core. Memory, 324 @ 3.2v. It throws off exactly as much heat as a 5800 Ultra. :p

Later cards fare much better. :)
