Hi everybody!

I have been lucky and I got some really inexpensive upgrades to replace my PIII 800. I am actually going to be able to upgrade on system and build another. What would you do with these parts in building both systems?

Here is the stuff:
Athlon 1.2GHz (200)
Athlon 950
KT7-RAID
IWill KK266
3- 20GB hdds (all identical WD Expert drives)
350 W PS
300 W PS
3 sticks PC133 256MB SDRAM
PCI GeForce 2 MX 400
AGP GeForce 2 MX (?) 32MB

SBLive! Value will go with the KT7Raid since the K266 has sound.

I also have a 60GB 7200 rpm hdd I was going to use in a PII 266 as an MP3 server...

I was thinking of having one main system running Win2K and then having a test system with ME, Linux and maybe another OS on it.

Let me know what you think.
Thanks
Dave

machine 1:
Athlon 1.2GHz
IWill KK266
2 x 20 GB hdd

2 x 256MB SDRAM
AGP GeForce2 MX

whatever is left

From they way it looks that's the way that I would go. I haven't done enough reading on the RAID hdd's to know if the KT7 would be a better motherboard. But depending on the speakers you have it may be the way to go. Let us know what you decide on.
