9600 Pro, though the 9500 Pro is faster out of the box, but only marginally so and they are quite hard to find. The 9600 Pro is an excellent overclocker, so if i were you i would look into that

Yes, I got 450 Mhz GPU and 345 Mhz (690) Memory. Raising my 3Dmark 2001 score to 13098. (XP 2600 @ 333Mhz).

9600Pro. As Jakk mentioned tho... you will see (slightly) better performance with a 9500Pro if you can find one. Since performance seems to be a concern I would recommend that you avoid the NP versions of the 9500/9600 cards.
