Will I see a big performance increase between the two. Crucial 2100 CAS 2.5 vs Mushkin 2400 CAS 2.0. $45 vs $80.What do you think?

Nothing that's gonna make you say "WOW! That is much faster!" http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

Generally, depends on what speed you run your FSB, CAS2 will give you better results then CAS2.5. And regarding PC2100 vs. PC2400, the PC2400 module will work better with o/ced FSB, i.e. PC2100 works @ 133 MHz, and PC2400 @ 150 MHz. But again, like NDC said, it depends on what machine you're putting this on, in most cases, only benchmarking applications like SiSoft Sandra will "pay attention", and you, as user, most of times won't see any difference.

Is this my 1000th post ? Is this where I become Ultimate ? Let's see ...

Best Regards ...
