that topic in short :

Phoenix bios (which is 70% chance that it is in your comp)
is shipping all its new bios with phoenix.net a program inside the bios of yer computer that contacts the home base and sends personal data to the base (phoenix headquarters or so ..)
they can also remotly fiddle around with your favorites settings of your browser, and place icons on your desktop

if you have any comments or so (to express your disgust about this "feature")
post it inside that topic (and not here this topic has just the function to draw peoples attention to that topic about the phoenixnet-spyware
