Well I use a router to connect to the interent and it is set to disconnect after 300sec(5min) of inactivity. Well I leave my computer alone for about 30min come back and my router is still connected so I start up zone alarm to see if maybe a program was trying to get out or something keeping my connection alive. So I start browsing the web and then look at zone alarm this is what I saw
"The firewall has blocked Internet access to your computer (ICMP Unreachable) from 207.***.**.*" Occurred: 88 times between 7/21/01 9:02:42 AM and 7/21/01 9:09:26 AM
I did a nslookup and it was coming from my ISPs ip address. This was stoping my router from disconnecting I think. Why would my ISP do this? 88 times seems a little to much...
