MntSnow I don't think you understand what I am trying to say on link right before you see the description it says V.92 but when you hit the link and see the description it says V.90 that is what I am asking

I think they just haven't updated the product information page on z-buy. When I was working at Staples, we had the 5686. It was originally a v.90/x2 modem. Then we started receiving boxes that said v.92 even though it was the same model number. If you want to be certain, just call in your order and make sure they are sending you the v.92 model.
