I have a comment to make about ResellerRatings.com. Sometimes I see webstores which have a low rating. I was thinking here that most people who dont have a problem with their order dont give their review to ResellerRatings.com. Some people do. When you have a bad experince with the web store you are more likely to put a bad review on the web store. So ResellerRatings.com would have lower ratings of the web store should have. Does anybody agree with me?

Agree..Thats the nature of the beast. RR.com is still a good "guide/tool." If you narrow your seach down to a few sites THEN go to rr.com. Can't help but choose the site with the bstter rating. I like to take the post count into consideration also.

No, that is simply not the case. In my several year history as founder and administrator of ResellerRatings, I can assure you that it is actually quite the opposite.

Many people have assumed the same as you do. It's human nature, they say, to complain, but not to praise. Well over 50% of ResellerRatings evaluations can be characterized as overwhelmingly positive. Just look at the rankings page: dozens of companies are overflowing with praise.

Regards,
Scott
