Office XP...what the hell???

Ok, I've installed Office XP and, have run into a couple of problems...can anyone help?

Firstly, a friend sent me an Access database as an e-mail attachment, which Outlook has blocked me accessing as it may be unsafe.

Also when I try and mail-merge from Word to email through Outlook, I have to answer yes to a questions asking me whether I want to allow Outlook to send an email on my behalf?

Can I turn any of these features off, otherwise office will be getting an uninstall!

Thanks, that solved the problem with the Level 1 Security access to attachments.

I still can't solve the problem with Mail-Merge and accessing the Outlook Send function.
