TCP and UPD are your networking protocols and are both part of the TCP/IP suite. It stands for Transfer Control Protocol/Internet Protocol.

What do you think? You need it for all Internet access.

What good is it if my firewall keep blocking it? It seem imposible to add them to trusted zone cause they all got diffrent IP address.

Would you please read the darned manual/documentation? You're not blocking protocols - you're blocking addresses. If you add a strange IP address to the trusted zone, you may as well uninstall Zone Alarm because that person is now allowed in.
Read the manual.

It seems a common problem on here - Why dont users RTFM first.
I find it rather inconsiderate - Its like hey why read TFM - Illl just get someone else to fix my problem - like the users in my new contract - they are either braindead morons or lazy arseholes and its driving me UTFW.
Ive had a particularly bad week - can ye no tell!!!
Havent even had lunchtime browsin time for sysopt!!!

Please visit your local bookstore and pick a networking primer. It'll probably do some good...

Simply because it's more convenient to pester someone(s) who know what they're talking about. It's human nature, unfortunately - to avoid the research, wing it, get in trouble, and then count on someone else for rescue. But hey, we were all noobs once.
Sorry to hear about your week. At work, we have this bit of rationale: "It could be worse - we could be roofers!" (This being a hot climate, roofing is a tough and challenging vocation - not for the weak). :t
