Motherboard recommendation

I am looking for a motherboard to replace my current one.AMD Athlon 600 MHZ,irongate chipset,( model MS6167).I am using WIN 2K for an operating system.I want to use the current hardware in the system.What are your suggestions,please keep the price as low as possible.

I believe what you are looking for has the VIA KX133 chipset. If I'm not mistaken, and I probably am cuz I haven't looked anything up, you should be after an ASUS K7V. I say ASUS because I've always trusted them to make quality boards and provide excellent support.
