When looking at RAM prices, I found these:

128MB PC133 SDRAM 168pin (HY/MT)
128MB PC133 SDRAM 168pin (oem)
128MB PC133 SDRAM ECC 168pin

What does the HY/MT and ECC mean? The HY/MT is a little more expensive, and the ECC is more than twice the price.

Greetings. The ecc ram is built mainly for servers, roughly- it checks data to ensure their are no errors being written to the hard drive. It is actually a little slower than non-ecc ram. If it is a non-system server, go with non-ecc.
