C&C generals prob

I'm soooo mad..

I love the c&c games.....but IT WON'T INSTALL.
I've been to the forums and followed thier directions.......nothing

Its the error....
Says the path is invalid or some ****........
**** it...

anyone know anythign?

it gives you "the path is invalid" while you are installing...hmm...try this...

...when the install begins, and asks you where you want to install it to, specify the location. Make it C:\Program Files\Generals. If you have to, make a folder at this location first, if not, it'll just ask you if you want to create one because the target directory does not exist...hope it helps a bit :)

Its actually talking about the files off of the disk...
It's brand new so no scratches are on it...
But it's like it can't see the info... dunno.. :(

Is your drive ok? My disk came screwed up, but it still works.
