athlon 2800+ and a7n8x deluxe mobo

i am running the a7n8x deluxe mobo with a 2800+athlon , creative labs fx5600 ultra graphics card and 512mb of cruicial pc3200 ddr. I am trying to overclock the system what is the best settings in the bios.

I have currently got it running at 2.2gig. The mobo temp is around 34 and the cpu temp about 50.
My bois settings 200*11 but if poss i want to get it running faster.
I am currently getting about 12500 on 3DMark2001.

If you try, how high do you get, you should use slow memory timings. If you found out the maximum, you can still try to lower the timings again. But the best way is to use the best timings you can use at default clock as long as possible, and make a benchmark on the highest stable setting w/ this timings. Then oc further w/ the best timings you can get and benchmark again. Often if you use too low timings, your benchmark scores could be less then w/ default clock.

Dont increase the FSB more than 5MHz at a time, and make a stability test after each change in your FSB or memory timings.

You can combine stability test and benchmark by using 3DMark01SE, but if you reached your final setting, make a real stability test (run Prime95 for at least 6 hours).

If you have the same overall CPU frequency, its better to have a high FSB and a low multi than the other way round.
