I bought a Pentium iii CPU at 800 MHz
last month.Usually the temperature of
CPU is about 56 Centigrades,sometime
even 60 Centigrades.Is that abnormal?

WAY TOO HOT. AMD chips run hotter than Intel, & my 1G Tbird runs at 37 deg C.

You have a serious cooling problem if your PIII is more than 40 deg C.
