Just bought a 5 speaker system and wanted a new sound card with the "new 5.1 sound".I don't need all the bundled games and remotes et al.Please advise I found a SB 5.1
on Pricewatch for $50.Is this still the card to get?

I think so, for $50 its a very reliable card and well supported. It has come of age with SB live 3.
