Strange Behavior From SysOpt Today

For some reason, I'm getting some strange behavior browsing around the forums and posting. I clicked on General Tech Discussion and got a download window for "forumdisplay.cgi":

Anyone else getting this?

I got a DL window for about 3 minutes (I kept trying). Mine DLed a file with no extension called Ultimate.

I deleted it immediately. Wasn't sure what it was so...

Hmmmm, I guess there really is something going on with the server then. I thought there was something wrong on my end...

Internet.com was fixing the forum ad code and made an error when modifying one of the forum configuration files.. It should be fixed now.

Our local ISP posted a notice that the tunnel fire in Baltimore, Maryland fried the main fiber optic cable that carries lots of the East Coast internet traffic. In addition there was a break in a cable in NYC.
Thought I would pass on this info

I know about that tunnel fire...it was a p.i.t.a.
