Isn't it a nice feeling to build your own super computer? I had this pleasure back in March.

It took a while to get it to run smooth with WinY2K installed on the dual boot. Shared IRQ's screwed me up for a bit.

What was the underpowered machine you upgraded from?

I replaced a Compaq 4540 with 32MB of EDO. Top of the line she was 4 years ago.
